Alcohol is allowed on G-Plans, but we encourage you to avoid beer and wine. Why? These alcoholic beverages have a very high sugar content.

Instead, try to stick to vodka, tequila or gin, and limit sugary mixers with these. For example, if your go-to drink is gin & tonic, try to have gin and soda with a splash of tonic. Whiskey and rum are also allowed but please limit your consumption of these as well due to their high sugar content.

If you do happen to have a glass of wine or a beer (it happens!) Afterward, try to have 3 glasses of water to counter the excess sugar.

*Limit alcohol to no more than 2 drinks per night for maximum results.
