You're only human, so don't beat yourself up! This was never meant to be easy, but you need to get back on the horse and give it another go. Simply pick up where you left off on your program and start following the program like it never happened!
As a general rule, it will take 3 days to get back on plan (and to get your body in burn mode again) and your Check-Ins will dictate whether or not you move forward! At worst, you'll simply repeat that week!
