For upgrades, cancellations or billing support inquiries: Email us at support@g-plans.com and we will respond within 48 hours. If you DISPUTE the charge we are not able to process your refund and this could result in the funds being stuck in deliberations for up to 90 days.

For meal plan or nutrition support: For immediate help with questions regarding your meal plan, general information or your account, we ask that you first refer to our detailed Help Center. You can also chat with our Customer Service Agents on Live Chat or email us at support@g-plans.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to meal plan questions Monday through Friday. However, Live Chat will be your quickest way to get a response (typically within 1 to 2 hours). There are many great resources available to you on the platform, such as our Help Center, FAQs and videos from Dr. Goglia.

If for any reason you'd like to cancel your account within the first 30 days, we are more than happy to process your refund as soon as possible.
