Having issues with Check in or can't enter your measurements?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues checking in!  Please try to enter your weight with a single decimal point and or one decimal point and try again… i.e. 40.34 inches would be entered as 40.3 or simply 40. That should fix the issues for you. If this doesn't work please just enter your weight and answer the last question only, leaving your measurements out completly.
