Can't find your username and password?

First, make sure you're using the correct username/password combination. Second, make sure that there are no spaces before and after your username/password in the entry fields. Third, check that your email was spelled correctly because this will all factor into keeping your account secure. Passwords are all case sensitive, so please be sure to use the correct case when entering your password. If you're still having trouble, try clearing your browser cookies.

Here is how to clear cache using a Mac computer: Command + Shift + R (2 to 3 times) or try using a new browser window i.e. chrome, Firefox, etc.
