Your diet will mainly consist of carbohydrates (about 70%), a moderate amount of protein (about 20%) and a lower amount of fat (about 10%). Fat is not easily broken down by your metabolic type, and is much slower to breakdown and utilize for energy than carbohydrates. Therefore, you will notice this diet is lower in fat than the other two metabolisms.
