The first session with your nutritionist is approximately 45 minutes. You will be asked about your health history, current nutritional profile, dietary restrictions/needs, and goals. This information will help your nutritionist tailor your meal plan based on your dietary needs and establish achievable goals and lifestyle habits. Together, you will develop an action plan that will enable you to reach your goals and create a healthier relationship with food.
Speaking with your nutritionist will help you understand that results or creating healthy habits do not happen overnight. Ideally, your nutritionist will establish a plan to help you work towards adjusting your dietary habits while keeping you accountable and supported throughout your journey.
