We completely understand if you can’t finish everything on your plate. It is best to be mindful of you fullness level, and to stop when you feel satisfied. We don’t want you to feel overly stuffed, or force yourself to finish the portions. Try to eat accordingly to the meal plan, but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t finish everything. Consistency is best on this meal plan, and by week three, you body should be becoming more adjusted to the changing portion sizes and meal frequencies.
