We completely understand if you can’t finish everything on your plate. And, it's okay! It's important for you to be mindful of your fullness level, and to stop eating when you feel satisfied. We don’t want you to feel overly stuffed, or force yourself to finish the portions.
Try to eat according to the meal plan, but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t finish everything. Consistency is what makes G-Plans work and by week three your body should nicely adjust to the changing portion sizes and meal frequencies.
