If you are looking for a no calorie sweetener, we recommend using Stevia or Truvia. Stevia is a less processed, plant based sweetener. You can use this sweetener in its liquid or powdered form. 

Honey, agave nectar, and real maple syrup (brands like Aunt Jemima and Mrs. Butterworths are not real maple syrup) can also be used but stick to 1 Tablespoon per day to limit sugar calories.
