In your first session, you will spend 45 minutes with your nutritionist about your health and nutrition history, your needs, and your goals.  This information will help your G-Plan’s nutritionist shape your individual dietary needs to help you develop achievable goals and lifestyle habits. Together, you will develop an action plan to help you reach your goals, and create a healthier relationship with food. You will then receive a personalized plan and goals to work on at the end of the initial visit. 

Realize that results or creating habits don’t happen overnight. Ideally, you and your nutritionist will check in once a week to work on your dietary habits and goals. Step by step, your nutritionist will help keep you accountable and support you through your journey.
