This program features larger than normal portions, carbs, sugars etc and is designed to fire up your metabolism for a quick result. The portions will start to reduce to normal levels starting in week 3 and the ratios will level out also to eventually wean you off sugar and remove simple carbs.
Try your best with the portions and track your meals as tracked for now or you can change the portion sizes on the back of the card after you hit "track". 

Another option is to remove the carbs and focus on eating the larger veggie and protein portions. You'll notice Dr. Goglia advises to do this in week 2 anyway so this will give you an edge, and you will be ahead of your program.
