You're only human so don't beat yourself up.. this was never meant to be easy but you need to get back on the horse and give it another go. Simply pick up where you left off on your program and start following the program like ti never happened :) 

As a general rule, it will take 3 days to get back on plan (body in burn mode) and your check-ins will dictate whether or not you move forward or not! At worst, you'll simply repeat that week!
