You may experience some initial bloating in your first and second week of the program, and this is likely because your body isn’t used to eating more frequently and having larger food portions. Give it some time, and by week three, your body should be well adapted and you will start to see some changes. The large portion sizes will also begin to decrease as the weeks progress, and you will notice that certain food groups such as gluten and yeast are removed which can also be a cause for bloating. Stay strong! 

 Remember, our meal plan is designed to kick your metabolism into a fat burning machine, and the way to start doing that is keeping your metabolism burning by giving it the appropriate amount and type of food  for your metabolic type. Having too little intake, causes the metabolism to slow down and run cold which leads to less fat being burned.
