If you had too much fat intake, it is likely coming from the not-so good for you, saturated fat. You may feel a little stuffed today or constipated. 

For today, if your body is feeling a little overdone on fats, skip the nuts and seeds for your snack today, but continue back on your meal plan the next day.

Hydrate, increase your water intake by 16-20oz, this can help with excess bloating and constipation you may be experiencing. Fat takes longer for the body to breakdown and digest which is why you may feel a little full. 

Get moving! Sitting for too long and too much fat slows down digestion. Get up and go for a walk, just 15 minutes is all you need to get your digestion system moving.
