Alcohol is allowed on plan but we want you to try to stay away from beer and wine. Why? Becuase they are high in sugar.
Try to stick to Vodka, Tequila or Gin and limit sugary mixers with this. For example, if your go-to drink is Gin & Tonic try to just have Gin and Soda with a splash of tonic instead. Whiskey, Rum etc is also allowed but these would be 4-5th on the list respectively as the have a higher amount of sugar in them.
If you do happen to have a glass of wine or a beer (it happens :) Then try to have 3 glasses of water to counter that.
* Limit alcohol to no more than 2 drinks per night for maximum results.
