Your diet will mainly consist of a higher amount  protein (about 50%). This is because your body is well equipped to put on and maintain lean body mass. This is a great benefit to this metabolic type, as lean body mass has shown to control blood sugar, raise your metabolism, and keep your bones strong. Protein rich foods are needed to maintain this muscle, and is the reason why your diet will include more protein rich sources. 

The rest of your intake will be moderate amounts of carbohydrates (about 25%) and fat (about 25%).
